Project Description:
A collaboration platform that provides a Front-End to the manufacturing process experts (scientists, process engineers) to make use of advanced process models (e.g. machine learning techniques) to optimize manufacturing processes.
Methodology: The product is developed using agile methodology
Lean UX with the goal to continuously build the right things for the software in the right way. The UX designer will be informing what the right problems are from a user´s perspective, what to tackle next, what impact it has, how it can be solved and tests those assumptions as well as the final solution with users.
In the context this translates to empowering bioprocess experts (like scientists) to make the most their bioprocesses by leveraging data models in the most efficient way.
Task:
•Actively brainstorming, presenting results and constantly getting feedback with Developers, UX designer, stakeholders, Product Owner & Scrum Masters.
•Creating, revising, and executing a user research plan according to the research objectives
•Employ both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies accordingly to the research plan, for example conduct interviews in person and remote
•Analysing research data and present research insights to drive product direction.
•Translating research insights into appropriate design artifacts.
•Iterating designs based on internal reviews and customer feedback.
•Enabling collaborative design via design critiques.
•Creating effective interaction patterns.
•Monitoring the success of implemented features and gather feedback.
•Consulting the product team in the transition to user-centred product development based on contractors own expertise.
•Designing methods, tools and user centred design approach with IT UX Chapter.
•Creating and refining visual designs, contributing to marketing material (posters, slides).
•Translating designs into user stories.
•Adhere to the design standards and use the design system
Requirements:
• Experiences in UX Design and the above mentioned tasks
• English and German (business fluent)
• Experiences in Pharma / Biotech Industry is a plus
