Project description:
WUP Framework:
• Workflow Utility for Operational Planning (WUP) is a system to support and automate the operational processes in Congestion Management at the company with their origin in the capacity calculation regions Core and Hansa.
• WUP Cockpit: Within the same application framework the development and enhancement of a tool is located with the target to support the companys’ operational personnel in their shift work.
Project goal:
Develop software based on given user stories within the projects of WUP Framework

Tasks:
• Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications and guidance
• Developing programs and systems
• Fixing and improving existing software
• Arrangement with team members and TMD architects
• Develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the company
• Professionally maintain all software and create updates regularly to address customer and company concerns
• Analyze and test programs and products before formal launch
• Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace
• Ensure software security by developing programs to actively monitor the sharing of private information
• Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions
• Aid and support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all employees are confident in the use of software applications
Requirements:
1. IT/tech-related academic degree (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
2. Several years of experience using .NET (-related) technologies
3. Very good knowledge of application development and maintenance (ADM) in the .NET-sphere,
4. Very good knowledge of the Windows-platform
5. Good knowledge of .NET Web technologies such as Blazor and Angular as well as Javascript libraries for web front ends
6. Web integration technologies such as REST
7. Knowledge of building frontends with WPF
8. Knowledge about relational database developments for SQL Server and Oracle Databases
9. Conceptual knowledge of dependency injection, software design patterns and continuous integration
10. Experience using of C#, XAML
11. Min. 3+ years knowledge in .NET development and surrounding technologies
12. Min. 3+ years knowledge with relational databases (e.g. Oracle, MSSQL Server)
13. Min. 3+ years knowledge with frontend technologies
14. Language skills: English (C1) and German are necessary
