1 Project description
The aim of the project is to create tailor-made learning journeys for different business areas. To do
this, skill gaps are first identified and the corresponding learnings needs are derived. On this basis,
learning journeys are designed, eLearnings are created and training concepts are regularly validated.
Target group are technical business areas.
2 Tasks
Instructional Design, in particular:
• Conducting learning needs assessments to determine the organization’s learning needs and
goals. This may include interviews and observations.
• Development of learning journeys: didactic preparation and creation of training materials such as
eLearnings, learning videos, interactive learning formats and instructions.
• Development of learning journeys: Use of different technologies and platforms to create and
deliver these training materials. This can include eLearning software, learning management
systems and other tools that can be used to create learning journeys.
• Consultation with stakeholders required, to control that the learning journeys are fitting the
learning needs.
• Communication and change management
• Evaluation of learning journey

Design of learning journeys, that are precisely tailored to the learning needs of Elia group.
4 Profile requirements
Nice-to-have competencies
• Experience with designing and creating e-learnings working as an Instructional Designer with
at least one authoring tools
• High customer orientation
• Project management skills
• Solution orientated
• Passion for learning and development
Necessary skills (must-haves)
• 5+ years of experience in designing effective learning processes using a blended approach (faceto-face, digital learning, microlearning, mobile learning, etc.), ideally for both data and soft skills
• Experience in using an LMS (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) as an administrator in order to
understand its possibilities and the logic behind it
• Experience with concepts, tools and techniques of not only effective learning and development
methods, but also project management, communication and change management
• Fluent English (C1) and German (C1). Knowledge of Dutch and French is beneficial
