For our client we are looking for a Organization Architect (f/m/d) for Procedural Organization.

Location: Berlin, 75% remote (3 weeks remote / 1 week Berlin), up to 50% onsite
Role:
The position of the Organization Architect – Procedural Organization is placed within the Organizational Development Team of the projct, which covers the procedural organization as well as the structural organization.
This position essentially focusses on the procedural organization (all processes definitions within the project).
The position requires a strong background in defining, refining, and describing processes within a product organization, including product management, product development and product operations.
One key output of the organizational development are the specific processes operationalizing the program operating model. These processes are developed together with the relevant stakeholders in accordance with the operating model and the process management framework.
They, partially, serve as input for the process implementation (e.g. workflows) which is also part of the Organizational Development Team.
Targets:
– Establish a common process management and process documentation framework
– Setup, document, improve and update the process handbook at all times
– Collaborate with all stakeholders to define and design the relevant processes within the project
– Keep track, document, and report the actual status of any process
– Keep track, document, and handle any requirements towards the processes as part of the continuous improvement process
Skills (must-have):
– Proven experience in defining, developing, and improving processes within product organizations (organizational development, process management, management systems or equivalent) using and following specifications from methodologies like Scrum, SAFe, ITIL and ITOM.
– Profound knowledge in Process modelling and adjacent standards BPMN, DMN or similar.
– Experience and solid understanding of product and product portfolio management (i.e. R.G. Cooper), Product Development Flow (D. G. Reinertsen)
– Experience and solid understanding of product delivery (Scrum, SAFe, Mutli-Release Management, Platform Engineering …)
– Proficiency in Process management and process design methodologies, tools, and techniques.
– Experience and solid understanding of product operations (ITIL / ITSM, DevOps, SRE, etc.)
– Good analytical skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
– Fluent English in speech and writing (at least C1)
