for our direct end customer in Frankfurt we are looking for short term support for the following position:
The details:
Project start: ASAP
Project Location: Remote + Onsite – min. 3 days Remote
Project duration: Up to and including 31.12.2022 (with option for extension)
Tasks:
– Taking over the operation of an in-house developed email system based on open source products (Postfix, Dovecot).
– Ensuring smooth operation at multiple sites (On Prem and Cloud).
– Troubleshooting of the existing systems
Requirements:
– Very good Linux knowledge (RedHat/RedHat derivatives) as well as with high availability systems.
– Several years of experience as an e-mail administrator
– Knowledge of Postfix and Dovecot as well as working with Linux setup systems required (e.g. Puppet)
– Knowledge of at least one scripting, programming language such as Bash, Python or Ruby.
– Basic knowledge of DB systems required (PostgreSQL an advantage)
– Knowledge of Azure Cloud desirable
– Knowledge of Linux Container desirable
– Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
– Very good knowledge of German (min. language level C2)
