For our client in Stuttgart we are looking for an Agile Coach/Scrum Master (m/f/d).
Tasks:
– Establishment of agile collaboration models and support in methodology and execution.
– Support in the improvement of agile development processes
– Preparation, facilitation and follow-up of Scrum ceremonies and their results.
– Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts in teams through a proactive and pragmatic way of working.
– Coaching other Scrum Masters and Requirement Engineers
Requirements:
– Successfully completed studies or comparable training in the fields of computer science, economics or psychology.
– Several years of experience as Scrum Master / Agile Coach – gladly also with offshore teams
– Empathy, commitment and a communicative personality
– Experience in the moderation of appointments
– Good knowledge of methods
– Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
