Project is setting up a new governance for delivery programme. We want to change it a little bit and have different freight levels from strategic view to operational view, on these freight level want to have functional domains that consider organisational setup, asset management and organisational management.
2 functional domains we want to test, to get a feeling about whether the new setup is better, and roll it out across the business. One of these domains is data management. Domain team 4 different solution teams. Beside the support in the domain team, there will be support needed in the solution team. The Agile master will work for the whole of the domain teams and solution team
Description and candidate profile:
Setting up new tools and processes, how we work together, who is responsible for what.
Should have profound knowledge in agile methods, kanban, scrum. Especially within flight steering.
Candidate must have experience working in a data environment, building up data warehouses knowing etl data integration
Knowing document management.
implemented OKR in the organisation
Candidate must have worked recently as agile coach / agile master
