Your tasks
– Inventory of the functional operation: Where do we stand with regard to ensuring the functional correctness of our solution (e.g. in the integration of new legal requirements, invoicing, …)
– Bringing in know-how from other SaaS vendors: How do others “solve” the challenge of making processes run correctly?
– Developing a concept on how to ensure the correctness of processes on our platform.
Must-Requirements
– Experience in SaaS management and software product development / software platform development.
– Experience in process management
– Good technical understanding
– Experience in agile working environments
