My responsibilities:
- Construction management with focus on structural and civil engineering
- Site management for extensive reconstruction works in existing buildings as well as for individual new buildings
- Site management of various construction sites of a large company location
- Cooperation with the project management of the customer
- Control of various service providers of the customer
My qualification
- Extensive experience as a construction manager with a focus on building construction and civil engineering.
- Experience with construction work in existing buildings
- Experience with office and industrial buildings
- Experience with construction work during ongoing production
- Passive reading skills in AutoCAD
- Basic knowledge of MS Project
