Our client plays a major role in the Belgian and European energy landscape, building sustainable, green and reliable energy infrastructure. The company is seeking freelancers to work remotely and locally on various national and international projects. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French or Dutch is an advantage.
Main tasks:
Minimum 5years experience within business process design.
As a Business Process Designer, the service consists of the following tasks :
• Implement and challenge business process governance
• Maintain and optimize business process drawing methodology
• Support & train business analysts in business process design;
• Migrate existing business process diagrams from Mega Hopex to Sparx Enterprise Architect
• Execute business process modifications on request of process owners
• Review and correct business process design realized by business analysts before publication
• Participate in the validation and publication process
• Participating in the chapter Corporate Business Analyst in order to further harmonize and improve business analyst methodology
Requirements:
• Certification in BPMN 2.0
• Advanced user of Sparx Enterprise Architect
• Minimum 5 years of experience as business process designer.
• Analytical mindset, challenger and team player
• Good oral and written English communication skills
• Fluent in English, German, French or Dutch is a plus

– Volume: Approx. 100% (5 days/w)
– Work Location: Brussels, onsite
