Service Description:
The Company is facing one of its major challenges: powering the decade of electrification. The energy transition and the massive electrification will accelerate in the coming months and years.
The Customers department plays a key role on this energy transition by active listening to existing and new customers to anticipate the future investments required to support their decarbonization plan, driving existing and new customers towards active participation in the energy markets and ensuring industrialization at scale through digitalization.
The Program “Customers Digital & Data” supports this long-term ambition through the digitalization of our services and support enabling our Key Account Managers to spend more time with their customers; and providing to our customer services with a strong added value and facilitate their customer experience with us.
In that context we are looking for a Senior UI Designer service that will be part of a team working in Scrum Agile mode to take up the digitalization of our services.
The Senior UI Designer service takes on more complex design projects and plays a significant role in shaping the overall design strategy. Contributes and enriches the design system, reviews and validates new components, challenges the design of others, coaches junior UIs to grow in their skills.
Tasks:
• In close collaboration with UX researcher, using our Figma design system, realize wireframes, prototypes and final UI Design
• Present ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to Product Owners, UX Designers and Developers
• Prepare and animate ideation workshops and co-design with business, UX Designers and users
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success via measurable criteria
• Create storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Contribute to team efforts by actively participating in broader UX Chapter activities such as feedback sharing sessions and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in UI Design, Interaction Design and Information Architecture in an Agile development environment
• Strong understanding in UI Patterns, design principles and visual design
• Attention to details and works delivered in high standard
• Proficient in design software (Figma) as well as in Miro
• Use and contribute to the design system
• Bachelor or Master´s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Present a compelling portfolio that showcases your design projects, emphasizing your problem-solving abilities and the design process. Applications without a portfolio will not be taken into consideration.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with an understanding of how designs translate to code.

– Start: ASAP, min. 12 months, extension possible
– Workload: 5 days per week
– Location: Working location will be mainly in the Brussels area (homeworking possible 2-3 days a week) 40% remote
