1 Mission
The mission consists of assuring the business analysis activities within the Product “Procurement”. You will be homebased in the Elia Group Corporate Business Analyst Chapter among other Business Analysts consultants and operate daily as a team member part of a multi-disciplinary product team steered by a product owner.
The goal of this product is to optimize the Purchase to Pay processes and the Warehouse Management by empowering internal & external stakeholders to achieve procurement excellence by providing user-friendly, efficient and automated digital solutions.
2 Service description
The service consists of the following tasks?:
• Together with your colleagues in the Product Team, you are constantly working on improving bu-siness processes and modules with regard to Material Management, as well as other domains in Procurement
• Sparring with the business to optimize and harmonize processes by analysing, describing and vali-dating business requirements, including modelling processes and information
• Ensuring Second line support for procurement team such as Approval flows/ Workflows in Purch-ase to Pay (P2P) processes
• Identifying and analysing bugs in the system and proposing solutions for correction
• Formulating and validating user stories and defining acceptance criteria based on business requi-rements
• Validate technical specifications regarding the optimal solution
• Drawing up test scenarios and supporting the test and acceptance processes
• Striving for efficient collaboration with other relevant departments within the Elia Group, all while considering the end-to-end process for procurement and the best possible outcome and overall company business strategy
• Preparing and conducting workshops and training with the business
• Consulting the product owner and product stakeholders to plan and prioritize the further develo-pment and maintenance of the product
• Participating in the chapter Corporate Business Analyst in order to further harmonize and improve business analyst methodology
3 Profile requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience as business analyst in Procurement
• Experience in P2P processes is a must
• Experience with SAP MM environment
• Experience with SAP SRM, Ariba, BI and S4/HANA are a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
• Experience with process drawing like BPMN and UML
• Strong communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment
• Knowledge of Jira is a plus
• French, Dutch or German level C1
• English level C1
