Service Overview
Support the implementation of an end-to-end network monitoring system with ThousandEyes enhancing network visibility, performance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
• At least 5 years of experience in network monitoring and management.
• Proven expertise in utilizing ThousandEyes or similar network monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework.
• In-depth knowledge of SDN (Software Defined Networking) and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Several years of professional experience in network management, preferably with a focus on software-defined networks and cloud architectures.
• Expertise and knowledge in other monitoring solutions to develop a visionary overall monitoring solution for our IT/OT environments.
• Develop strategies for improved network service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously evaluate and refine the monitoring system to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the network
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address network issues promptly and efficiently.
• Pro-actively look for network performance improvements and elimination of service degradation detected
