A client of mine in the financial sector are seeking an IAM Specialist for a long term project.The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organisation’s IAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Implement IAM Solutions: Develop and implement IAM strategies and solutions, including user provisioning, authentication, authorisation, and directory services.
Access Control: Manage and maintain user access control policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
User Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of user identities, including account creation, modification, and deactivation.
Authentication and Authorisation: Implement and manage single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and other advanced authentication methods.
Identity Governance: Conduct regular audits and reviews of user access rights, ensuring least privilege and segregation of duties principles are applied.
Incident Response: Investigate and respond to IAM-related security incidents and anomalies.
Integration: Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure IAM processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
The role will be fully remote. German speaking is a massive bonus.
