Summary:
We are looking for experienced Golang developers to support our key projects: enhancing our Managed Kubernetes offerings and implementing a robust bulk data export mechanism
How You’ll Make An Impact (Responsibilities)
You will be responsible for:
Develop an asynchronous data export service to handle large volumes of customer data.
Implement mechanisms for secure data export to S3 with GPG encryption.
Event Driven Application Integration.
Ensure compliance with GDPR Article 20 for data portability.
Create an export daemon to handle processing requests and updating the export service API.
Export to a central S3 storage for customer data with appropriate access controls.
Ensure data retention policies and system performance limits are adhered to.
Develop new APIs for Kubernetes cluster and node pool management
Handle networking requirements including IP reservation and assignment
Ensure backward compatibility with Cloud API v6.
What You Bring (Skills, Capabilities)
You will:
Have proven experience in software development with Golang.
Strong background in Kubernetes, Kubernetes Controllers/Operators and cloud infrastructure.
Experience with API development and integration i.e. REST API design and implementation skills, OpenAPI v3/Swagger
Knowledge of data encryption and secure data handling practices.
Familiarity with S3 storage(Advantageous) and asynchronous data processing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote team members.
