Tasks
- HR IT project management
- Implementation of Workday Prism Analytics and Workforce planning
- Implementation of a new tax management tool (GlobalExpatPay)
- Documentation and reporting
- Identifying and implementing improvement potentials
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing HR IT related projects
- Experience in Project Management: Planning, Resource Management and Project Controlling
- Ability to work with data in a technical and commercial context
- Highly skilled in Project documentation and Administration and ability to develop or revise workplans, project plans and budget plans
- Strong communication and facilitation skills in English
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Workday
- Implementations
- Documentation and Reporting
- Good German skills
