        Leistungsbeschreibung:

        We are looking for a dedicated Business Analyst to join our Spartacus team in HDI Global. The Spartacus team is responsible for Risk Object Management (ROMe). ROMe is a Risk Object Management tool that serves as HDI Global’s single source of truth for all lines of business. It provides a streamlined workflow, allowing for quick processing of client data. In ROMe the user can upload large location lists in various formats. The risk object data is automatically validated, and Geo-Codes are provided for each object. While currently focused on the property line of business, ROMe is a tool in its Minimum Viable Product (MVP) stage. However, the team is aiming to evolve into the tool to a mature, integrated, and fully functional application for all lines of businesses in the coming years. Analyzing business processes and user requirements: Utilize your expertise to thoroughly analyze business processes and user requirements to support the teams understanding of business needs and to ensure successful implementation. Support international users: Provide support and guidance to users from different regions (e.g. Asia Pacific), ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively. Furthermore, you will contribute to the ongoing documentation of the ROMe service on the Business Support Platform. Process and interface analysis for integration of ROMe into UW-Tool and contract systems: Collaborate with various teams to analyze processes and interfaces, ensuring a seamless integration of ROMe with our Underwriting (UW) Tool, contract and claims systems. Collaborate on design and execution of an international multilevel support process for ROMe: Together with the team you will work closely to conceptualize and implement an international multilevel support process for ROMes Conduct training for international users: Possibility of leading training sessions for international users, enabling them to maximize the benefits of ROMe within their respective roles. Test strategy and test case creation: Enhance regression testing by writing and executing tests, performing manual tests as part of regression testing and user story tests.

        Erforderliche Fach-Skills:

        At least 3 years of experience in managing complex international IT projects

        Extensive knowledge of business analysis and requirement engineering methods, especially in an agile context

        Fluent English, both written and spoken

        Erforderliche Soft-Skills:

        Strong communication skills, confident presentation and independent action

        Creativity in the design of new processes for efficient workflow management

        Quick comprehension and enjoy solving complex task
