We are looking for an IT Project Manager (m/f/d) for the implementation of version 8 of the WSS Wallstreet Suite
This is a part-time Role
Start: 27.05.24
End: 31.12.24
Volume: approx. 16 hours/week
Location: Remote
Language: English; German is nice to have
Project description: Our client is implementing the current version 8 of the central treasury management system WSS (Wallstreet Suite). As part of the project, it is necessary to design and implement the current internal processes in the front office (General, Collateral, Guarantee) and Treasury Middle Office or Market Risk area in the system.
Tasks (performed independently):
– Creation of task packages based on the defined project objective and project documents provided in advance.
Adaptation of work packages based on information received from project management and workstream leads about
changes in the project documents.
– Planning and controlling dependencies based on the project documentation
– Identify risks and issues based on own observations and project documentation and initiate appropriate countermeasures based on own judgement, experience & know how.
– Preparation of weekly project status reports according to the template provided by the client, including a presentation
of the risks and issues identified in the above task

– Develop a detailed project plan and present it for approval.
– Creating a plan for the allocation of project resources, including personnel and materials, and
presenting this for internal approval.
– Provide guidance and technical advice on relevant IT technologies and best practices.
– Acting as an external consultant to the client when interacting with external parties.
Skills:
– Very good IT project management skills
– Knowledge of stakeholder management
– Experience with development activities
– English language skills
Nice to have: German.
