Detailed task description:
- Maintenance and monitoring of alarm lists and the creation of faults in the ticket system
- Remote fault clearance of intelligent local network stations (LTE/DSL routers) and broadband powerline devices from all over Germany
- Telephone support for Field Services during on-site commissioning and troubleshooting of intelligent local network stations (LTE/DSL routers) and broadband powerline devices from all over Germany
- Working with geo-information systems when troubleshooting broadband powerline devices
Requirements
Competencies:
- Cisco
- Network
- Network Analysis
- Router
- CCNA certificate desired
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken German
About the client
Hours per week: 37
Location: Dachau (on-site presence is 100% for the first 6 months,
thereafter every three weeks for one week on site)
