Main tasks:
- Develop and implement project processes/methodology and procedures to ensure a structured and measurable project monitoring
- Develop and maintain detailed (integrated) project plans, budgets, and resource capacity plans
- Develop and maintain project KPI’s, dashboards, proactive monitoring
- Monitor and track project progress, risks, and issues
- Support and maintain integration plannings, testing planning and cutover planning
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
- Prepare and submit regular project progress reports and support the preparation of key meetings (Eg. Steering Committees)
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations defined Requirements
Main qualifications
- Solid experience in a similar position, a SAP project environment, full cycle
- PMO skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously
- Understand key project tools such as project plans, capacity plans, testing plans and cutover plans
- Excellent interpersonal communication (incl. presentation skills), structured/organized and pro-active skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office and also tools such as JIRA, SharePoint
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies (nice to have)
