Qualification requirements:
1. language skills: German very good (min. level C1), English good (min. level B1)
2. valid certificate: ITL v3 Foundation and newer (min. 5 LE)
3. valid certificate: IPMA Level C or equivalent, e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner (valid certificate, at least 4 units)

Experience requirements:
1. professional experience in project management (at least 5 years, all LE)
2. planning & implementation of complex IT projects – project initiation, project management, stakeholder management (at least 5 years, all LE)
3. application of agile methods e.g. Scrum (min. 2 years, min. 5 EC)
4. experience in projects in the environment of master data supply, user authentication, role and rights concepts (at least 1 year, at least 5 LE)
5. experience in the IT infrastructure environment – ITSM platform infrastructure (min. 1 year, min. 5 LE)
6. experience in projects in the field of workforce management – analysing tool functionalities, field service, technical connection, training concepts, implementation (min. 1 year, min. 5 CPD)
7. professional experience in the field of IT service management (at least 4 years, at least 4 ECU)
8. experience in projects with end-to-end performance measurement (min. 1 year, min. 4 LE)
9. experience in projects in the field of process basis configuration of ITSM tools: Process implementation, design of target processes, process implementation, workflows, interfaces, status models, data, masks (min. 1 year, min. 4 LE)
10. experience in projects in the reporting environment: information data model, creation of reports, reporting from new platform, strategy consulting, action experience on reporting alternatives (min. 1 year, min. 4 LE)
11. experience in MS Visio (min. 2 years, min. 4 LE)
12. experience in project planning and implementation of projects in the context of IT service, IT systems and IT security management: processes, organizational changes, architecture (min. 4 years, min. 4 LE)
13. experience in projects as a supporter of a product owner in an agile project environment (at least 2 years, at least 4 ECTS)
14. responsibility for the regular operation of ITSM processes, e.g. incident management, release management, change management, etc. (min. 2 years, min. 3 LE)
15. experience in the cooperation and management of external IT service providers (at least 3 years, at least 3 units)
16. experience in working with information security officers in the public sector (at least 3 years, at least 3 units)
17. knowledge of MS Project (min. 5 years, min. 2 units)
18. role as project manager in software development and implementation projects (min. 3 years, min. 2 LE)
19. creation and implementation of a migration strategy in a complex IT project environment (min. 3 years, min. 2 CP)
20. application of agile methods, e.g. Scrum (min. 2 years, min. 2 EC)
21. experience in working with ITSM/ticket tools (min. 5 years, min. 2 LE)
