Analyzing and documenting business processes within the Aero domain
• Identifying areas for process improvement and developing recommendations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
• Creating process maps, flowcharts and other visual aids using MS Visio
• Conducting training sessions for stakeholders on new processes and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Conducting regular process audits to identify areas for further improvement
Experience
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in aerospace engineering, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using tools like MS Visio for process mapping and documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation of processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Project management skills to handle process improvement projects effectively.
Experience level : 3 – 5 years
German native is preferred
