Job Description: Specialist Site Manager Pipe Construction and Mechanical BoP Components
Specifications
– Support and advice of the client in technical clarification talks with the plant suppliers of the BoP lot
– Supporting and advising the client in technical clarification discussions with the general planner (enpros), authorities or experts
– Coordination, scheduling and shutdown planning as well as handling of integration and assembly work in the existing building as preparatory measures for the new construction of the waste co-incineration plant.
– Participation in initiating and monitoring the fulfilment of the contractual agreements between the client, the general planner (enpros) and the individual lot suppliers (specification-based execution).
– Checking the plausibility of the suppliers’ and general planner’s appointment chains, monitoring of the respective detailed schedules (target/actual comparison).
– Participate in the creation of the overall schedule in the event of changes to processes or terms from the BoP lots. Close collaboration with overall scheduling.
– Prompt information to the client about significant events that have an impact on the technical, scheduling and commercial execution of tasks.
– Review and comment on certain documents prepared by suppliers and general planners (mainly QA plans and documentation, layout plans, P&I diagrams, isometrics, schedules, project guidelines, reports, construction diary, etc.).
– Incoming goods inspections of BoP components
– Supervision of the professional, drawing- and specification-compliant execution of the assembly work, the assembly progress as well as control of the measures required within the framework of the construction and assembly work.
– Identification and recording of damages and defects as well as keeping and tracking defect lists (LOP).
– Verification of compliance with relevant regulations, directives and standards.
– Monitoring of the relevant safety aspects (HSE plan, health and safety plan, construction site regulations, etc.) and pointing out anomalies on the construction site; close coordination with the HSE Site Manager as well as with the suppliers’ safety officers.
– Coordination of the construction site equipment as well as the occupancy of the construction site, assembly and storage areas of the BoP lots.
– Coordination of the client’s QA measures for the individual BoP lots.
– Participation in meetings on the construction site (in particular daily and weekly coordination meetings, safety inspections, etc.) and, if necessary, Preparation and implementation Discussions of the BoP lots.
– Review of the erf. Criteria and approval of fully assembled components and systems for commissioning in coordination with the client.
– Review and compilation of the documentation of the BoP lots after prior review of the as-built documents.
– Review of the release criteria for the trial operation and execution of the final assembly inspections of BoP lots together with the IBS management
