Main tasks:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams
- Develop and implement program and project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring they are within the program’s goals and objectives
- Manage the associated project managers to ensure they have clear objectives and are meeting their project goals on time and within budget
- Identify and manage technical dependencies between projects, coordinating with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure success across the whole team’s portfolio
- Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders, sponsors, and program leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, including IT, development, QA, UX, and business teams
- Implement and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient project delivery
Main qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific and/or analytical subject
- Well-founded experience in program/project management, with well-founded experience in managing digital IT projects
- Experience in managing project managers, with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within the Salesforce Platform domain would be extremely helpful, but we absolutely do not expect you to be a developer or an architect
- Ability to manage technical dependencies across projects, identifying and mitigating risks
- Experience in implementing various project management methodologies and best practices, as well as coaching and mentoring project managers to drive improvements
