As a Business Solutions Analyst, your role will be to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and develop solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide detailed business and functional specifications for development teams. Roles and Responsibilities ? Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. ? Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. ? Develop and propose solutions to meet business needs and improve efficiency. ? Create detailed business and functional specifications for development teams. ? Support the implementation and testing of new solutions. ? Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users. ? Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions. Skills and Requirements ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis tools. ? Experience with requirements gathering and documentation. ? Knowledge of project management principles and practices. ? Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. ? Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. ? Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
