70% SAP oriented and multiple homegrown applications that have to do with the dedicated business
o A lot of product with specific setups
o Cloud solution Architect should leverage the experience for a smoother transition to cloud
• Phase 1: Move to Azure
• Phase 2: Process of better refactoring of the workflows
• Automation is important: Introduce better service excellence with current environment in the cost management
• Design decisions
• Think proactively about the next steps of the evolution for ist journey
