- Assume responsibility for SAP HCM projects, focusing on Talent Management and Time Management, particularly in Customizing (ESS & MSS).
- Provide expert consulting services to clients, addressing their specific technical needs.
- Develop project concepts and lead workshops as part of your duties.
- Manage API interface setups and create both technical and user-friendly documentation.
- Participate in weekly meetings, prepare status reports, and provide regular reporting.
- Be prepared for occasional client travel, as needed.
- Bring 2-4 years of experience in Customizing and Development as a consultant.
- Fluent German is required to ensure effective communication with clients.
