In Nuremberg we are looking for a SAP Release Coordinator (m/f/d) for a major customer project at short notice.
Outline data:
– Start: 01.11.2022
– Duration: approx. 11 months
– Workload: Full time
– Location: remote, now and then in Nuremberg
– Language: German
The following activities await you:
– Scheduling and coordination of release plans
– Coordination of coordinated software supplies as central contact person
– Optimization of the release strategy, e.g. with regard to the up-to-dateness of software components
– Editing of RfCs
– Participation in the technical conception
– Support in IT change management
– Adaptation of business process models in ARIS and Solution Manager
– Documentation in Solution Manager
Prerequisites:
– Knowledge of working with SAP systems with a high number of users
– In-depth knowledge of IT service processes according to ITIL, in particular IT service support, IT service delivery, lifecycle processes
– User knowledge of SAP Solution Manager
