For project in Hamburg and remote we are looking for a (n) from the end of September:
Scrum Master with energy experience (m/f/d) ID
Duration: September 30, 2022 – September 28, 2023
Project location: remote/ Hamburg
Volume: 1700 remote hrs / 100 onsite hrs.
The objectives of the project are:
– Optimization of project efficiency in the cooperation of the approximately 100 project employees.
Terms of reference:
– Execution of common methods in Scrum environment.
– Active design of the project organization to improve the product
– Further training and coaching of team members
– Facilitation of operational meeting cascades
– Targeted escalation of obstacles
Professional Skills
– Comprehensive method case for agile project management
– Significant experience in the role of Scrum Master
– Knowledge of using project management tools such as Jira & Confluence.
Language requirement: German/English
Soft Skills
– Good knowledge of German & English
– Independence and distinctive problem solving strategy
– Interest in the development of digital solutions
