for a client from Düsseldorf we are looking for a PHP developer for the following topics with immediate effect:
Task/Performance Description:
– Conceptual design, (further) development and operation of existing and new modules in the PDP context.
– Consulting and support of the requesting party or department in the solution design.
– Dealing with data and facts in a business-driven, highly integrated software environment.
– Responsibility for software design, programming, code reviews, testing, deployment and maintenance.
– Long-term integration and migration of applications to a modern platform using Docker and Kubernetes in both AWS and Google Cloud (GCP).
– Several years of experience in software development with PHP based on OOP.

– Translating requirements into programmatic structures and processes for development.”
– Teamwork in a pragmatically acting environment with autonomous assumption of defined subtasks.
– Skills in the use of a PHP framework (ideally Zend Framework)
and/or Symfony) as well as in relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB). “
– Experience with version control systems (GIT), deployment processes as well as.
With automated testing (PHPUnit).”
– Good knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and confident with console.
– Experience with web services (REST and SOAP), Apache Kafka, Docker.
– Knowledge of using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
