For a project we are looking for a:
Senior Process Manager (m/f/d) for agile transformation project with ARIS to EEPK & BPMN ID
Duration: 01.06.2024 – 31.12.2024
Volume: 900 hours remote/ 100 hours onsite
Location: remote/ Hamburg
Our client is looking for an experienced Process Manager to join a large agile transformation project.
It is about setting up the agile product target organization for the major projects in the customer segment.
You will be involved in structuring and implementing the rollout workstream leads.
Tasks:
1. hands-on consulting: You will be actively involved in the project and contribute to the implementation of the agile transformation.
2nd GAP analysis: You will carry out a comprehensive analysis of the actual processes and target processes. You will identify gaps and derive specific measures (actions) to roll out the processes.
3. rollout plan: Together with the workstream leads, you develop the rollout plan based on the actions in close coordination with those responsible in the target organization (process owners).
4. PMO consulting: You advise the workstream leads on various tasks, such as the creation of slides, rollout tracking and other administrative tasks and contribute to these.
5. creation of training material: You advise and work with the process owners in the creation of training material and coordinate the necessary training courses as part of the rollout in order to strengthen the knowledge and skills of the employees for the target organization.
Skills:
– Very good experience in agile transformation and project management
– Good experience in process modeling with ARIS according to EEPK & BPMN
— Very good knowledge in performing GAP analyses and deriving measures
– Confident handling of PowerPoint / Excel / Miro
– Fluent written and spoken German and English
– Methodical and structured preparation and implementation of virtual workshops.
