As our team is currently 100% fully booked, we are looking for freelance Senior SAP RE-FX Consultants for a project in the chemical industry that will most probably start in January 2025.
Required skills:
– Advanced knowledge in RE-FX Customizing, with a focus on configuration for real estate management and leasing processes.
– Experience with RE-FX contract management and setting up depreciation areas, ledger configurations, and relevant cost objects
– Strong understanding of IFRS 16 lease accounting principles and their application in RE-FX.
– Hands-on experience implementing leasing processes that adhere to IFRS 16 within SAP RE-FX, ensuring compliance in terms of reporting, valuation, and depreciation
– In-depth knowledge of integration between RE-FX and SAP FI, including data synchronization, financial postings, and inter-module communication.
– Experience troubleshooting common RE-FX and FI integration issues and ensuring that leasing and financial transactions align with overall financial reporting needs
– Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve errors within the RE-FX module, including common issues like asset creation errors and depreciation setup[3].
– Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Migration Processes
– Familiarity with the transition from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA in the context of RE-FX, particularly the adaptation of legacy configurations and data migration best practices is a big plus
– Fluency in German and English is mandatory
