- Provide clients with expert guidance on HR processes and the smooth technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, with a particular focus on the Onboarding module.
- Evaluate business needs and convert them into efficient SuccessFactors Onboarding processes.
- Utilize your expertise to analyze, consult, design, and implement innovative HR business process solutions.
- Conduct engaging training sessions and interactive workshops to equip end-users with the necessary skills.
- Collaborate closely with other SuccessFactors teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors developments and industry best practices.
- At least 2 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruiting, or Employee Central.
- Experience with three full-cycle SuccessFactors Onboarding implementations is a plus.
