Aufgaben:
- Executive Coaching
- Change Management
- Organizational strategy
- Stakeholder management
- Experienced team coach to moderate and coach a team of 40+ people with the goal to enter the performing phase for quickly.
- Preparation of team coaching and aligning with project team
- Develop team coaching concept for a duration of 4h
- Moderation of team coaching
- Documentation of team coaching
Anforderungen:
- Erfahrung im Umfeld DevOps
- Language skill: English and German
