Location: Essen, Germany( Hybrid)
Responsibility:
• Solid understanding and very good hands-on experience in Implementation, Maintenance & Administration for email security filtering solution preferably Clearswift or similar third-party email security filtering solution.
• Solid understanding and very good hands-on experience in Implementation, Maintenance & Administration for Microsoft Defender for office 365.
• Solid knowledge and very good hands-on experience in setting-up custom email security policies related to Anti-phishing, Anti-Spam, Anti-Malware, Safe Attachments and Safe Links policies in MS Defender and preferably Clearswift or similar third-party email security filtering.
• Knowledge in Configuring Quarantined Policies and Enhanced Filtering.
• Knowledge in setting-up and reviewing the email security policies and tighten the existing security policies.
• Knowledge in automating the tasks such as whitelisting, blacklisting domains/senders
• Knowledge in analyzing the mail flow
• Good Understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC configuration and usage.
• Experience and Hands-on support of Exchange Online and Defender for office 365.
• Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Solid understanding of GDPR and governance regulated in Germany
