        The Digital Workplace provides personalized views, which are configured by the user himself, with the most important information for the respective functional area from the Bosch inventory systems. Thus, for example, information from SAP, RB-SRM, PILUM, … is extracted for the purchaser as a possible target and user group and analyzed and displayed according to relevance for the respective purchaser.

        Mandatory Skills:

        – Proven experience in UX/UI engineering, with a portfolio showcasing responsive web and mobile applications.

        – Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).

        – Hands-on experience working with design systems, design tools (Figma), and prototyping tools.

        – Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).

        Optional Skills:

        – Experience working with frontend technologies (React, Angular, or similar frameworks).

        – Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team environments.

        – Knowledge of CSS pre-processors (SASS, LESS) and front-end build tools (Shadcn).

        – Ability to balance design aesthetics with technical feasibility and performance.

        Further Tasks:

        Adoption of Corporate Design Systems:

        – Implement and maintain consistent design standards across all digital products by adhering to the company’s corporate design system.

        – Ensure that components and layouts conform to brand guidelines, color schemes, typography, and UI patterns.

        – Collaborate with the design team to refine and extend the design system as needed for new projects.

        – User Interface Development:

        – Work alongside frontend developers to translate UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect code.

        – Build reusable components and front-end libraries to be shared across multiple projects.

        – Optimize the UI for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

        – Collaboration with Design & Development Teams:

        – Partner closely with UX/UI designers to understand user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

        – Ensure seamless communication between design and development teams, bridging the gap between design intent and technical execution.

        – Provide feedback on design feasibility and suggest improvements based on technical constraints.

        User Experience Focus:

        – Advocate for the user throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring that products deliver an intuitive and engaging experience.

        – Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.

        – Maintain focus on creating user-centric solutions, ensuring ease of use and aesthetic appeal.

        Prototyping & Interaction Design:

        – Use prototyping tools to quickly translate ideas into interactive mockups for validation and testing.

        – Work on the fine details of interaction design, including animations, transitions, and hover states to create polished user experiences.

        Testing and Quality Assurance:

        – Ensure UI components meet accessibility standards and are tested for functionality across different platforms and devices.

        – Identify and resolve any design and usability issues throughout the development and QA process.

        Remote: Approx. 50 %

        (Onsite necessary due to workshops to extract requirements and conduct user tests)
