On behalf of our highly renowned client we are looking for a Business Analyst Fashion Software (m/f/d) to start in September 2024
Tasks:
- Support for the worldwide introduction of a software tool in the fashion / retail sector
- Testing (without software development skills), user trainings and roll-out support
- Realisation of user trainings with up to 40 end users worldwide
- Development and provision of training materials (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) and management of virtual MS team sessions to involve local business units and retailers
- Creating assortment layouts and templates for the market merchandising teams based on the information provided by the product owner
- Gathering user feedback via MS Forms during training sessions, documenting insights on challenges and opportunities for future improvements.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, document test results and provide feedback to internal product owners
- Advising end users on the use of the tool
Skills:
- High affinity for the use of software tools with a focus on usability and user-friendliness
- Ability to collect, analyse and interpret feedback and data to improve tools and processes
- Experience in creating digital content (e.g. presentations, newsletters, communication material and training materials).
- Experience in organising and conducting user trainings, workshops and meetings
- Experience with project management and documentation tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
- Very welcome: Experience in the fashion and merchandising world
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (project language: English) – Experience in working with international teams
