Job title: Freelance Cut Over-Lead (m/f/d)

Duration of the project : 12 months
Project volume: 2000 hours
Location: Remote
Setup and goals:
– Wave 1 Area CutOver lead Responsibility
– Partner with customer Site lead/Area lead to ensure successful area cutover
– Act as the main link between the Global technical cutover team and the area + local area/site team
– Ensure area + local steps are included in the cutover plan, lead to prepare and run dress rehearsal and cutover on area level
– Prepare and run area + local workshops to gather all needed information from the local team
Special Focus on:
– Coordination & Communication
– IT Site Readiness
– Facility Readiness
– Internal and External Communication
– Organisational and people readiness
– Hypercare Planning
– Inventory / Finnacial Tie Out
– Go-Live & Hypercare -> Help manage local ramp-up activities, Hypercare activities, issue resolution and support of the super-users
Qualifications:
Must haves:
– Experience as a cutover lead and/or PMO
– Experience in an international corporate environment
– At least 5 yaers+ experience in the SAP environment
– Fluent english in word and speech
Nice to have:
– Experience in manufacturing industry
