Description
LOG/Integration with external Warehouse Management System (non-SAP WMS*)
o IDoc Monitoring (Inbound/Outbound)
o Goods receipt processes
o Returns processes
o Delivery advice (DESADV)
o *WMS integration with external system
General requirement:
• German mandatory speaking (fluent; C1/C2 – B2), English
• Remote working mode (Onboarding onsite near Dortmund only once)
• Availability: asap (100% – 50% capacity)
• 1st/2nd level support (including defect fixing in S4Hana, Customizing, alignment with developers regarding enhancements/interfaces)
• (Ideally experiences with ServiceNow as ticket system)
• Start: Immediate
• Duration: 6 months with high chance of extension
• Sector: Retail consumer electronics
Main task/activity
-Monitor and troubleshoot IDocs for both inbound and outbound transactions to ensure seamless data exchange.
-Oversee and manage the entire goods receipt process, ensuring accurate and timely recording of received goods.
-Handle and process returns efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.
-Process and manage delivery advice (DESADV) to ensure accurate and timely communication of delivery details.
-Integrate and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) with external systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
